The object of the study is the processes of structural formation and the formation of mechanical and service properties of coatings of critical parts of double-use gas turbine engines. The goal of the project is to develop the compositions and technology of coating the parts of the gas turbine engines of double-use aircraft operating in an aggressive high-temperature gas environment, which will increase the reliability of the parts of the GTE, increase their inter-repair life and the efficiency of the engine as a whole. The tasks for which the project is aimed: the development of methodological support for theoretical and experimental studies on the influence of the composition of coatings on their operational properties; development of compilations of service coatings providing high performance properties; development of methods of applying coatings; assessment of the influence of service coatings on the operational properties of parts of gas turbine engines of double-use aviation engines; development of recommendations for the application of multilayer coatings on parts of the GTE; development of the model of the strength of adhesion of coatings with the material of the base; determination of the contact temperature and the adhesion strength of the surfaces of the coating particle and the substrate; development of the method for calculating the contact temperature in the presence of a layer of oxides on the surface of the substrate; determination of the conditions for wetting the coating with a layer of oxides on the substrate; Determination of the bond strength of the coating with a layer of oxides on the substrate and comparing it with the coagulation strength of the oxide layer.  Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
