Vernadskii Institute of General & Inorganic Chemistry NAS of Ukraine popup.description2  During the project execution, materials were studied based on the following systems: Ba1-х-zSrхYzTiO3, (1-x)BaTiO3-xM0.5Bi0.5TiO3 (M = Na, K), Li0.5-yNayLa0.5Nb2O6, CaCu3Ti4O12, La2-xSrxNiO4+d. The samples were synthesised and dielectric parameters were determined. Materials based on complex oxides of transition metals are used to prepare condenser materials with a colossal value of dielectric permittivity 10^4 over a wide frequency range (100-10^6 Hz).
