A comparative table of species of otters found in Europe has been created, which further emphasizes the need for revision of herbarium materials of Ukraine, their taxonomic revision, and the search for new species of the Eastern Mediterranean regions in the southern regions of Ukraine. Also, for the first time, the dose-dependent effect of synthetic stryololactone GR24 and the styrololactone biosynthesis inhibitor TIS 108 on the number of divisions, the number of pre-phasic tapes, mitotic spindles and fragmentoplasts in the meristematic cells of the major roots was determined by counting the number of these mitotic constructs of the microtubules with the help of the ū-tubulinum immunization and also in the cells Arabidopsis lines GFP-MAP4 and GFP-TUA6. The treatment of GR24 and TIS 108 resulted in shifting the spindle orientation, breaking the ratio of peri and anticlinal divisions, cell clustering, endoplasmic microtubule disorientation, and anomalous position of fragmentoplasts in meristem cells. Thus, for the first time, the direct role of the components of the cytoskeleton (microtubules and actin filaments) in the formation of the attachment of parasite plants to the host plants is shown, the role of the strigolactones plays a key role in these processes. The development of new, more effective strategies to combat the proliferation of representatives of the family of Vovkhka and Povityts, on the basis of the new results, is the key to the successful development of agriculture and forestry in the future.
