The purpose of the work is to establish the features of the ontogenetic processes, especially histogenesis and organogenesis, in model objects of the five vertebrates classes. Methods of investigation: Micro and macroscopic methods of preparation, methods of electron microscopy, histological, serial sections of embryos, spatial computer reconstruction methods, differentiated staining, comparative method. The purpose of the planned work is to establish the characteristic features of the course of ontogenetic processes, especially histogenesis and organogenesis, in model objects of the five classes of vertebrates (bony fish, amphibians, reptiles, birds, mammals). Particular attention is paid to the processes of skeletal and circulatory system development, morphogenesis of complex structures, heterochronisms in the process of evolution. As a result, a series of articles was prepared, in which new data and development biology generalization data are presented.
