The purpose of the study was to study the molecular genetic polymorphism of plant varieties based on DNA for using it as an additional method of examination of plant varieties. The object of the study was molecular genetic polymorphism of varieties of soybean, potatoes, rapeseeds and sugar beet lines. Recommendations for using the work results. The using of molecular markers based on SSR analysis will provide a reliable approach to addressing the issues of differentiation and characteristics of plant varieties. Technologies of molecular markers will allow to getting the fast and reproducible results that are independent of the environment and can be obtained at different stages of plant development. Such features will enable the use of SSR markers to management reference collections in determining variance differences. Work significance and economic efficiency. The involvement proposed DNA markers of agricultural crops will allow to differentiate varieties, in combination with the study of morphological characteristics to use to resolve disputed issues of the type of hybrids, the origin of varieties and ultimately to protect breeders' rights and, with a high efficiency, to analyze varieties during an examination on the DUS to reduce the expense of human labor and resources by 42%. The use of molecular methods for the identification and differentiation of crops provides a fast and reproductive identification base that is independent on changes in the environment and can be used at any stage of plant growing and seed movement.
