The evolution of SR was modeled numerically using the magneto-hydrodynamic PLUTO code. The process of integrating the system of equations was realized within the framework of the finite-volume formalism, where the averaging over elementary cells of values evolve over time. This approach allows us to describe the astrophysical currents with breakdowns (shock waves) and high Mach numbers. With the help of numerical simulations, the evolution of spatial distribution of density, velocity, pressure and magnetic field inside the remainder has been obtained. The maps of the Stokes radiation patterns of the supernova remnant in 1006 are obtained. Observations were made on the VLA and ATCA (Very Large Array and Australia Telescope Compact Array) wavelengths of 20 cm. Data processing was carried out using the AIPS (Astronomical Image Processing System) package. The gamma radiation SR1006 was analyzed using the data of the Space Observatory named after them. Fermi, obtained during 10 years of observations (from August 2008 to October 2018, the release of Pass 8 data). Data processing was carried out using the software of the observatory. Farm of v10r0p5 with Instrument Response Function (IFRs) \ texttt {P8R2 \ _SOURCE \ _V6}. We conclude that the probability of detection is less than $ 5 \ sigma $.
