The developed SOFC was compared with it commercial analogue. Thus, for manufactured SOFC the peak of power density reached 4.2 mW/cm2 at 800 °С while commercial SOFC demonstrated 2.8 mW/cm2 at the same conditions. The structure optimization of anode substrate was performed via replacement of traditional ceramic component 8YSZ with the stronger - 3,5YSZ. It was established, that this replacement allows to keep required, as for anode substrate, level of mechanical strength with increased porosity. The Ni-3,5YSZ cermet with porosity 44.5%, mechanical strength of 74 MPa and electrical conductivity 1,15 * 10^6 S/cm was obtained. Ceramic scaffold made of 3,5YSZ with porosity at 38% and mechanical strength at 92 MPa were developed. Further impregnation of the scaffold with nickel salt may increase its mechanical strength.
