The purpose of the project is to develop theoretical and methodological guidelines for the justification of the new paradigm of integration and coordination of environmental, social and economic aspects within the municipal logistics system with the aim of ecologically oriented logistics management of the city development, in particular its transport sphere. Methods of research - dialectical method of cognition, fundamental analysis, retrospective analysis and methods: argumentation, strategic analysis, table-graphic, monographic, correlation and regression analysis, sociological and expert surveys, grouping and questioning; principles of object-oriented programming. The results of the study: the multivariate regression-correlation model has been formed for the first time that allows estimating and predicting the level of noneconomic effect through empirical analysis of the connection of the managed subsystems of the providers of urban public transport, resulting in the dependence of the effectiveness of their environmentally-oriented activities on the marketing potential, which will allow the management of the economic sub To predict the level of such an effect. The methodology for assessing the environmental parameters of the city's transport system development has been improved on the basis of modification of the method of processing the data on the parameters of the public transport traffic, which, unlike the existing, provides for the consideration of privileged categories of passengers and is based on the use of multimedia formats and integrated data structures. The results of the research allowed to identify the priority vectors for improving the quality of urban public transport services based on the results of empirical research.
