The present state of biodiversity of separate groups of the Chelicerata in the nature reserves is found out; information on the species structure of ticks and spiders in the natural and anthropogenic landscapes of Ukraine is updated; Chelicer groups that are most affected by anthropogenic press are found. Methods for assessing the state of anthropogenic disturbances of landscapes in the zonal aspect have been improved. A progress report and publications have been drawn up.
