Subject of the research is prerequisites and character of recessionary phenomena in the humanitarian policy of Ukraine in Crimea and Donetsk region; essence and ways of overcoming the humanitarian crisis in Crimea and Donbas; formation of the optimal humanitarian policy model in Ukraine. Key objective of the research is to conduct comprehensive analysis of social, political, information apects of the military and political crisis in Crimea and Donetsk region; elaborate recommendations for theoretical and practical framework of the humanitarian policy of Ukraine aimed at the de-occupation of the AR of Crimea and Donetsk region. Methods of the research The study was conducted with the application of such scientific methods as the analysis of current information and source database; social stratification analysis; historical method; method of comparative analysis (synchronic and diachronic), which enabled the consideration of interpretations of the situation in Crimea and Donetsk region, as well as their sociocultural dynamics; chronological problem analysis, which allowed investigating certain problems considered chronologically; method of content analysis, aimed at studying documents with the further interpretation of their contents; structural and functional method, used when studying the interdependence between the transformations of sociocultural, information, and educational systems in the occupied territories while developing the humanitarian policy of Ukraine during reintegration. Novelty of the research The scientific novelty of the project consists in the multifaceted analysis of humanitarian risks under the conditions of the annexed AR of Crimea and the armed conflict in eastern Ukraine. While carrying out the project, we have, in particular, revealed the preconditions for dehumanizing social relations in Donetsk region.
