Functional networks that can be formed by these proteins are defined bioinformatively. Based on experimental data, five protein networks, in which eEF1Bg can participate in the cytoplasmic fraction of human adenocarcinoma cells, is invented. It has been shown that in addition to translational components, these networks are formed by proteins involved in cell cycle regulation, nucleosome remodeling, transcription, splicing, and mRNA processing and cellular response to oxidative stress. The role of this subunit in human retinal diseases is shown for the first time. 18 new eEF1Bg partners are associated with tumor processes. Several partner proteins may be involved in the development of some other diseases. All of this allows us to offer these partner proteins as potential targets for anti-targeting therapy aimed at modifying the functions of eEF1Bg.
