The subject of the study is mathematical and software for the classification of surgical wound tissues during the operation on the neck organs. The purpose of the work is to create the latest mathematical models and software for the classification of wound surgical wounds on the neck segments, which have guaranteed prognostic features and on this basis, in combination with electrophysiological methods, make it possible to reduce the risk of damage to nerve tissues to a guaranteed value, which is determined solely by the errors of electrophysiological methods . The results of the study - an analysis of existing methods in the domestic and foreign medical practice, technical means and information technologies for the detection of laryngeal nerves on the basis of which the shortcomings of existing technologies are formed and possible alternative ways of their elimination; New conceptual solutions and new technology have been developed to reduce the risk of ZG damage during surgery on the neck, improved the electrophysiological method of irritation of the tissues of the surgical intervention environment, and new methods of structural and parametric identification of interval discrete models have been developed, which with a guaranteed accuracy describe the distribution of classification characteristics of surgical tissues wounds, which minimizes the risk of their damage in the course of surgical operations on the neck.
