The subject of the research is the information resources environment of scientific, scientific and technical, innovation and technology transfer for the provision of scientific and technical activities in Ukraine. According to the results of the study, the following tasks were solved: • The formation and maintenance of the state register and the automated fund of research, scientific and scientific research and protected dissertations was carried out. • Restructuring of software systems and the regulatory framework for state registration and registration of open research, research and development works and dissertations. • Development and introduction of modern information and communication technologies in education and science. • Data flows have been analyzed, a conceptual model has been developed, and the Directory Information Professional Register of Ukraine has been developed and continues to be improved, which includes information on all scientific professional editions of Ukraine, based on the development and implementation of the software package. • Modernization and development of the automated system of formation of integrated interstate information resources (ASFIMIR) and interstate information technology platform for the transfer of technologies of collective use have been carried out. Investigation of integration issues into international technology transfer networks (NTTN, RCTT, RCSTP, SPI, EEN, etc.) • A registry and system of information support for registration of technologies was created; • Developed and conducted joint international scientific and research projects, representation of the national component in international databases.
