The purpose of the work is the development of defining equations and methods of numerical study of inelastic deformation of axisymmetric bodies in the processes of repeated heat and power loading taking into account the type of stressed state and secondary plastic deformations. The research method is a numerical simulation of processes of inelastic deformation of axisymmetric structural elements taking into account the type of stressed state and various assumptions about the behavior of the material during unloading with the appearance of secondary plastic deformations. The theory of thermo-plasticity in the case of repeated inelastic deformation of materials taking into account the type of stressed state was further developed. The methods are proposed and investigation of axisymmetric elements in the form of thin shells and massive bodies under nonisothermal complex loading processes taking into account the secondary plastic deformations and the type of stressed state is developed. The research is based on the developed defining equations of the theory of processes of deformation of low curvature, models of elastic discharge, the ideal Baushinger effect or isotropic strengthening. Their use allows a more detailed examination of the state of structural elements at work and extreme loads, to reduce their material content and to predict the resource at different operating modes.
