The typical organizational and technological schemes of energy supply of a cluster with a closed cycle of material and energy flows on the basis of production of agricultural products and construction of buildings and structures for their realization, processing of waste and secondary agricultural products into building materials, fertilizers, and energy raw materials are proposed. The methods of assessment of material flows, as well as the sustainability of design, construction and exploitation of buildings and structures of the construction and agrarian cluster are developed.
