The IR, ESP, NMR 1Н / 13С spectral characteristics of all synthesized compounds were anal. It was found that the transition of substituted thiourea to the thiol tautomeric form is ensured by a change of the solvent nature. It is established that the interaction of identical components under different conditions of synthesis leads to the formation of complexes in different polymorphic states, which as a result affects their solubility in water and is important for biological investigation. It is shown that the synthesis of multi-ligand complexes is carried out mainly in three ways: 1) by the interaction of the initial components in the corresponding stoichiometry, resulting in the vacancy in the environment surrounding the metal occupy either anions of initial salt of the metal or other organic molecules; 2) by the conduction of parallel reactions (hydrolysis and oxidation of thioureas), which lead to the participation in the coordination of adverse reaction products; 3). by the conducting reactions with intraligand rearrangements, this leads to the cyclization of organic ligands with subsequent coordination of their transformation products to the metal ion. As effective O,O'-donor ligands are synthesized in the solid state of 10 hydroxamic acids that are capable of coordinating with Pd, Pt and Ag ions in monodeprotonated (hydroxamate) or bideprotonated (hydroxymatous) forms with realization of five-member chelate metal cycles. According to the results of pH-potentiometric titration, the constants of their deprotonation at the nitrogen atom are calculated. The reactions of Pd, Pt and Ag ions with sulfonamido-butanamide that take part in the highly active antimetastatic and antiproliferative drugs. As a result, 6 new complex compounds were synthesized as potential antitumor, antimetastatic and antibacterial objects. Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
