The purpose of the work is to study the patterns of the composition and properties of nanostructured nitride, boride and boronitrides films of transition metals with predetermined physical, mechanical and wear-resistant properties. Methods for obtaining and studying samples - magnetron sputtering and vacuum arc deposition have been used for precipitation of samples. To intvestigation the structure and phase state have been used X-ray diffraction analysis and transmission electron microscopy, nanohardness measurements - nanoindenter, for determining thickness - interferometer, surface roughness - atomic force microscopy and scanning electron microscopy, chemical composition - energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy, for measuring adhesion - Scratch Tester. Subject of research: regularities of formation of structure, composition and properties of films of borides, nitrides and boronitrides of transition metals; elucidation of influence of dimensional effects on the formation of physical and mechanical properties of nanostructured boride, nitride and composite films of transition metals.
