When rendering assistance to him, the principles developed by us and the system of therapy and rehabilitation were applied. 32 patients were included into the control group (CG), among them 11 (34.4%) from AA and 21 (65.6%) patients with AD. These combatants were given standard treatment in accordance with the approved protocol of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine for the treatment of depressive disorders. There is a statistically significant improvement in the effectiveness of benefits under the proposed scheme compared with the standard in the following areas: social: improving the quality of life of patients by 48%, reducing their suicidal activity by 98% and reducing the probability of asocial behavior; Medical: shortening the stays of patients in inpatient beds by an average of 11-14%, an increase in the number of persons who recovered by 17%, a stable remission - by 64%; economic: optimizing the cost of funds aimed at providing medical assistance to combatants.
