Two experimental samples of transient thin detectors (?E-detectors) were manufactured too from p-terphenyl single crystal and semiconductor photodiodes of special geometry for usage as part of the detector head of a miniature electron and proton recorder МіРА_ер. The principal electric scheme, the PCB-file for tracing the tracks and placing the electronic components of the circuit board of the analog signal processing module of the breadboard model of the MiRA_ep device has been improved. The specified design documentation to a certain extent meets national high-level standards. A printed circuit board of an electronic analog signal processing module of the breadboard model of a miniature recorder-analyzer of electrons and protons МіРА_ер was manufactured. Design documentation has been developed for the manufacture of scintillation detector holders as part of a detector head in the 3D CAD Solid Works automatic programming environment computer-aided design software. A block-diagram of a digital electrical system for identification of sorts and particle energies has been developed. It consists of four main nodes: an information readout node from an analog-to-digital converter (ADC) and conversion from a serial to a parallel interface, reprogrammable digital comparators (DC), which allow determining the sorts of particles, particle counters, the microcontroller core (MC) by pair comparisons with two independent memory banks to form the output frame of information.
