The purpose of the project – Remote diagnostics of the ionosphere and global thunderstorm activity based on the results of the ELF and HF observations in the Arctic, Antarctic and Ukraine. Results and scientific novelty - Techniques of synchronous and coherent processing of global lightning radiation in ELF waveband were developed. The point-source model of the world thunderstorms activity equivalent centers was implemented. The seasonal and interannual variations in the parameters of world lightnings, resonance cavity and solar activity using the two-position measurements of the intensities and peak frequencies of the first maximum of the Schumann resonance were interpreted. The registration of HF signals of the powerful heating facility Arecibo on long-distance radio path in Antarctica and Ukraine was proposed, observed and interpreted for the first time. Weekly periodicities of the content of atmospheric aerosols in the industrialized regions of Europe and North America and their absence in Antarctica were discovered, that confirm the technogenic origin of the effect.
