The purpose of the work is to research and develop mathematical models and tools of global modeling of economic processes of development and management of economic systems. Methods of research - theoretical generalization, system and comparative analysis, statistical analysis, simulation and global economic-mathematical modeling. The dynamics of budget revenues and expenditures of the state and local budgets is analyzed. The influence of social factors on global economic development is investigated. The analysis of the dynamics of the state debt is carried out. The bank's lending and deposit strategies and the process of functioning of production-economic systems are investigated. On the basis of the research results, further development of methodological principles for improving the mechanism of budget regulation organization was developed. The influence of social factors on global economic development has been simulated and social divergences have been quantified. The modeling of the dynamics of the state debt and its forecasting is carried out. The simulation model of the loan and deposit portfolio of the bank was constructed.
