The research method is theoretical-experimental. As a result of the work on the topic, stage 3: In GEANT4, the spectral-angular distributions of the bremsstrahlung gamma radiation of medium-energy electrons from amorphous target-converters of various thickness and materials are calculated. The total gamma quantum yield in the front hemisphere and at large scattering angles is determined depending on the thickness of the converter. The difference in gamma radiation characteristics for thin and thick targets is shown. The calculation of the total neutron yield from photonuclear reactions for targets with different thickness and atomic charge has been carried out. The neutron yield increases with increasing converter thickness and the energy of electrons falling on the target. The numerical values of the total neutron yield are in satisfactory agreement with experiment. The angular distribution of neutrons is close to isotropic. Mathematical modeling of the bremsstrahlung radiation of medium-energy electrons (10-300 MeV) transmitted through the protection was carried out in GEANT4. The low-energy component of the residual x-ray radiation outside the biological protection of electron accelerators (concrete layer up to 2 m) was determined. The numerical estimates of the emission spectra after the passage of biological shielding separately for neutron and bremsstrahlung are carried out Experimental measurements of the spectral and dosimetric characteristics of radiation were carried out with a silicon uncooled detector, with an energy resolution of ~ 1 keV and spectral sensitivity in the range of 5-150 keV.
