The researchers have established the optimal modes of operation of the apparatus Patonmed EKVZ-300 with the appropriate tools when performing manipulations on different types fabrics, taking into account temperature, energy exposure time and tissue compression force. The temperature parameters of the instruments' operation and their influence on the investigated structures and surrounding tissues, which were evaluated histologically, macroscopically and physically and mechanically, were investigated. A series of experimental studies on laboratory animals (laboratory rats and Chinchillas rabbits) and corpses were conducted. Experiments with laboratory animals were carried out in accordance with the Guide for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals, 8 th edition. The obtained research results were evaluated on the basis of the basis of evidence-based medicine. The acts of introduction into the clinical practice of an instrument for endovascular ablation on the basis of high-frequency welding electrodes (department of vascular surgery of the Alexander Clinical Hospital of Kyiv) were approved.
