Aim of research work – development of express diagnostics with application of bioindicative and distance-based (remote) approaches for the solution of the tasks of indicating and assessing the impact of transport and urban activities on the environment and its components with application of unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV). Methods of research – analysis and synthesis, modeling, ecosystem approach, EIA methodology. Equipment – polycopter (UAV), developed software and hardware complex «Lotus-1». The practical value of work is the creation of a new instrument for measuring microclimatic characteristics, which was mounted on the basis of UAV. The device receives verified results that integrate the state of the environment and can be used to interpret the effects of specific factors on the phytocoenosis system. The scientific novelty consists in the fact that an improved method and technology of express diagnostics with the use of spectrophotometric and fluorescence methods and UAVs was obtained, prototype devices for field and laboratory testing were developed, UAV operations were adapted taking into account phytindication tasks of remote sensing, modernized methodology and practice for ecological monitoring and express diagnostics using data of phytodynamics.
