The proposed basic tool for solving the problem in the form of a complete system of equivalent transformations of the labeling schemes. The classical problem of discrete mathematics - minimization of disjunctive normal form (DNF) - is considered in the formalism of relational schemes. It is shown that the tasks of constructing a minimal DNF correspond to the problem of constructing a system of relational schemes that generates a given language in the form of combining sets of consistent labeling of these schemes. The computer approach for recognition of hematologic diseases is described and substantiated. Due to the use of algorithms of computer mathematics, namely, the rapid work of Bayesian procedures, a computer method of finding a combination of indicators with the highest quality of recognition is developed. For the solution of the probabilistic prognosis of health conditions for the subsequent period of life of both the individual and the population groups, the apparatus of the Markov chains was used. Development of the database of collection of cell cultures from human and animals tissues was continued. The number of queries were increased. The main attention is drawn to the preparation of reports in each of the three main modules: general description, administration, storage, which forms the core of the database.
