Subject of research - processes related to the transformation, conservation, analysis, mapping and use of data on the territory and objects of the fixed CH, providing a single electronic accounting CH. Goal: to form a methodological basis for modernizing the system of accounting and protection of objects of the CH on the principles of e-governance, implementation of European experience and the creation of a national data infrastructure in the sphere of the CH on the basis of them. Research methods. GIS analysis, historical, cartographic, over-the-line analysis, comparative, system-structural analysis, statistical, generalization, system analysis of the processes of accounting of objects of cultural heritage, definition of structures and streams of input and final information, studying the composition and content of information processing procedures, modeling automated reception, storage, processing of accounting information, semantic modeling. Summary: an analysis of existing types of objects of cultural heritage and cultural records in Ukraine; Methods of determination of spatial and related characteristics of objects for four states were designed: notification, registration, initial registration, full registration; the methodology for determining the spatial and related characteristics of objects that corresponds to the main principles is optimized in relation to financial conditions and modern scientific and technical conditions; developed elements of technology, aimed at the practical implementation of the methodology.
