The use of median heighte-time diagrams of ionospheric parameters is proposed for a more complete representation of ionospheric behavior during the month. Measurements of travelling ionospheric disturbances were carried out and their parameters were obtained over the Kharkiv region using simultaneously three systems: a coherent ionosonde, a 3-position Doppler system, and radioscopy of the ionosphere by the signals of GNSS satellites. A scheme was developed and operating modes were calculated for the measuring campaign with Arecibo heating facility (Puerto Rico). Measurements in the ULF-UHF bands at the Low Frequency observatory as observatory of Subsatellite System for Ionospheric Measurements and in other locations, and the data presentation on the web-page of Department of Radiophysics of Geospace of IRA NASU were provided.
