The main bulk materials physicomechanical properties, affecting the process of their outflow from bunkers, are given. Bunker devices system and parametric models are developed, determining their place and purpose in the automated complexes general system. The bunker device internal and external parameters and bulk materials influence on the outflow process has been revealed. The mathematical dependences of bulk materials outflow process are obtained, that determing the bunker performance in the process of preparing bulk materials compositions. Based on the performed studies results, it is possible to predict the mixing complex performance and create an automated control system for the complex as a whole and its individual elements.
