The purpose of the work is to study the influence of the parameters of various resonance structures, that arise in the plasma shells of Earth and Jupiter, on the fine spectral features and modulation effects of different types and scales, which appear in the dynamic spectra of their radio emission. The results and scientific novelty are 1) The physical model of associated near-earth electromagnetic resonators (ionospheric Alfvenovsky (IAR) and magnetospheric (MR) has been updated. 2) The method of reproduction of the critical plasma frequency of the ionosphere according to the spectral characteristics of the IAP has been proposed and tested. 3) The parametric mechanism of the formation of pulses of decameter radiation of Jupiter has been suggested. 4) The model of emission generation, based on the effect of double plasma resonance at ion cyclotron harmonics, which can give an explanation of the appearence of the quasi-harmonic bands in the dynamic spectra of the Jovian kilometer radio emission has been considered. Methods and equipment are modern information,telecommunication technologies, mathematical theory of processes in space plasma, remote sensing of space plasma, decameter radio-telescope of УТР- 2, high-efficiency digital recording facilities.
