The optimum conditions of temperature regimes for obtaining spinel and magnesium fluoride are determined. It has been established that at different heat treatment, the crystallinity of magnesium fluoride powder changes from 8 nm to 180 nm at temperatures of 120 ° C and 800 ° C. Consolidated by spark plasma sintering dense nanocrystalline samples MgF2 at 800 C in nonlinear SPS modes exhibit a transparency value of ~ 70% in the wavelength range of 3.5-5.5 mkm with a slight decrease in the transmittance to the short-wave region. Samples of spinel, sintered in different technological regimes from nanocrystalline powders revealed the dependence of transparency on the mode of sintering. The results of IR spectroscopy studies showed that the highest transparency at a wavelength of 4.6 mkm was demonstrated by specimens that were sintered at a rate of 20 ° C / min and 10 ° C / min. - 67.2% and 66.4%, respectively.
