The total porosity of samples of hydroxyapatite bioceramics increases after addition of highly dispersed additives to its composition, remaining predominantly open, and the pH of solutions decreases. The influence of a number of antibiotics on the adsorption capacity of biogenic and synthetic hydroxyapatites has been studied. The physicochemical stability of composite systems of hydroxyapatite/polytineneglycol 400 in the simulated body fluid was studied. The question of environmental protection under the influence of a number of oxide additives was studied. It was established that the depth of purification of aqueous solutions from ions of heavy and toxic metals by oxidized activated carbon fibrous nanostructured material was significantly increased.
