The object of the study is the processes of formation of structural deformations in the industrial complex of Ukraine. The subject of the research is the scientific and methodological support to the estimation of structural deformations in the industrial complex of Ukraine and the formation of directions for their overcoming. The structural-logical scheme of substantiation of directions for overcoming of structural deformations in the manufacturing industry of Ukraine on the basis of its innovation and technological modernization is proposed. The methodical approach to the estimation of structural deformation in the manufacturing industry of Ukraine is developed. The methodical approach to the integrated assessment of the technical level of automotive products is improved. The results of scientific research can be used by profile committees of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine; Ministry of Economic Development and Trade; Regional State Administrations. Forecast proposals on promising directions of research - development of theoretical and methodological provisions on justification of directions for overcoming structural deformations and ensuring sustainable development of the industrial complex of the country on the basis of its innovation and technological modernization.
