It prevents the development of bronchial asthma among children of this group. For the first time the algorithm that combines the results of component-resolved diagnostics in allergy and skin prick test results was developed and used for prognosis of the effectiveness of allergen specific immune therapy among children of 3 years. Scientific evidence was complemented on the frequency and spectrum of sensitization to inhaled allergens, namely tree spring pollen and ambrosia, among pre-schoolers with manifestations of bronchial asthma and allergic reactions. Suggested therapeutic and rehabilitation measures are easy to implement in practical medicine, they will result in the increase of the therapeutic effect, significant reduction of the sensitization rate and provide possibility to control the progression of “atopic march”, which will lead to the improvement of the quality of life for children.
