It is established that the most climatogenously labile are hygro- and hydrophilic biosystems in the plain, as well as populations and biocenoses of the highlands of the Carpathians. In order to identify the impact of climate change on biodiversity at the organism, population and ecosystem levels of the organization, experimental research sites are located in the settlements undergoing the smallest anthropogenic transformation (mainly in the reserves). Climatic factors are one of the key factors that determine the characteristics of the distribution of habitats and the diversity of their types. The objects of research were chosen by the rare marsh types of settlements within the boundaries of the nature reserve forts of the western regions of Ukraine (Carpathians, Volyn Podillya and Western Polissya). For the meadow-bog massif of the Vereshchyna River, a natural reserve "Roztochya" (Yavoriv district, Lviv oblast), it has been determined that only 22% of the identified species were dominated by hygrophytic species of bryophagus, hygromesophytes and mesophytes 30 years ago. On the basis of the preliminary analysis of the obtained results, a working hypothesis is proposed about the complex of edafo-climatic factors that can cause the weakening and decay of artificial pure fir trees in the territory of the Skole Beskydy.
