The purpose of research work is the scientific substantiation of the requirements of engineering and technical measures of civil protection and the drafting of the DBN "Engineering and technical measures of civil protection". The method of scientific research is analytical. The result of the work is the development of the DBN draft "Engineering and technical measures of civil protection" to replace the DBN V.1.2-4-2006 "Engineering and technical measures of civil protection (civil defense)". The novelty of the work is to harmonize the requirements for the design of engineering and technical measures of civil protection with the laws and regulations and statutory documents, building norms, national standards and rules in the sphere of civil protection and urban development activities.
