With the implementation of the multipulse excitation mode of a substance with a period of influence in several microseconds, precisely because of the absorption of radiation by products of laser erosion, optimal conditions for the evaporation of matter, excitation and relaxation of the laser plasma are created. A method is proposed for increasing the sensitivity of a surface plasmon sensor, which uses a combination of a nanosized metal film with a multilayered dielectric structure in the form of three unmatched half-wave resonators. The combined metal-dielectric multilayer structure allows controlling spectral selectivity, which opens wide opportunities for the practical use of the proposed hybrid structures, not only for improving the sensors, but also for creating intracavity laser selectors.
