It has been established that by boosting the processes of evaporation and condensation of a material by increasing the electron beam power and lowering the substrate temperature, it is possible to create conditions for obtaining a granulated powder product with simultaneous refining of the material by oxygen, nitrogen and hydrogen and some metallic impurities.
