The purpose of the work is the development of mobile components of WEIMN of critical application with an extended energy independent time based on multi-agent remotely controlled interaction. Research methods - methods for constructing distributed computer systems, methods of stochastic dynamics using numerical methods for solving Langevin equation, mathematical and computer modeling methods, theory of information transfer in computer systems, data protection methods with cryptographic and steganographic tools, methods and tools for designing and implementing software systems hardware solutions; experimental methods of researching data transfer processes through real protected and open communication channels between mobile computer network objects. Developed theoretical and practical provisions for the construction of a critical-purpose military-civilian application of the WEIMN: Created models for the construction of mobile components of the WEIMN based on multi-agent and remotely controlled interaction of mobile components; methods of modification of architecture of the WEIMN are developed for the solution of problems of monitoring at spatial movement; methods for optimizing dispatcher tasks are developed; methods for lengthening the autonomy of the components of the WEIMN; methods have been developed to enhance the intellectualization of components of the WEIMN; high-speed methods of encryption and steganography were developed to transfer information between objects with limited computing and energy resources.
