The national specific character of “neighbor image” transformation in the Ukraine-Poland-Belarus triangle has been discovered. The images of the national heroes of Ukrainian, Polish, and Belorussian nations have been reconstructed as well as conflict discourses about the past have been singled out and possible models of their reconciliation have been constructed. The received results of the investigation are valuable for historiography, source study of the domestic and world history, historical culturology, social anthropology. Engaging the results in the Ukrainian media space will promote consolidation of Ukrainian citizenship, establishing the Ukrainian historical memory, intergovernmental mutual understanding. It is also possible to use the received results as expert suggestions for adjusting the official memory policy of the Ukrainian Institute of the National Memory, cultural policy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Culture, Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
