The aim of the work is to develop the theory and practice of automatic fluid balancing of quick-rotor parts of machines; providing design recommendations for the low vibration of the centrifuge of the sugar industry and for the development of new designs of auto-balancing devices (ABP). Research methods - theoretical studies of the process of self-balancing were carried out using with the help of mathematical modeling methods; investigation of fluid behavior in the ABP chamber and the efficiency of automatic balancing of the rotors of machines with liquid was carried out using analytical geometry, analytical hydrodynamics. Experimental investigations of fluid ABP were carried out using the method of high-speed video shooting on a specially designed bench with vibration equipment. The result of the work is a theory of fluid motion in a closed cavity, as basis for the new theory of self-balancing by liquid working bodies, consistent with experimental facts; which makes it possible to create a methodology for determining the efficiency of the process of self-balancing, depending on the parameters of the rotating system, the parameters of the ABP and properties of working bodies. The report provides the necessary material to confirm the relevance of the development, the principle of action is highlighted with the coverage of scientific novelty, gives calculations the main structural and technological characteristics of autobalancing devices are used to reduce the vibroactivity of centrifuges for the separation of sucrose crystals; the issues of the effectiveness of the use of auto balansers are considered.
