Energies and total angular momenta of 72 states were determined. The energies of the first excited singlet state of the tryptophan, tyrosine, phenylalanine, glycine, lysine, threonine, and proline molecules were determined from their absorption and luminescence spectra. Quantum-chemical calculations of the electronic spectrum, dipole moment, and atom-by-atom charges distribution for these molecules were performed. The molecules were found to have nucleophilic properties and a negative electron affinity. NH2 amino group and COOH carboxyl group were found to exhibit electron-acceptor properties. Microstructural spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction analysis of amorphous materials based on the arsenic chalcogenides showed that allocation of CdSe, SbSI, TlInSe2, SbSeI, TlInS2, Sn2P2S6, AgAsS2, and Ag3AsS3 nanocrystals is possible due to thermal action or intensive illumination.
