Grasslands and water ecosystems exposed to anthropogenic impact and areas without economic activity were selected within the basins for research. The aim of the work is to establish changes in the structure of the arthropod groups (Acari: Oribatida; Insecta: Plecoptera, Ephemeroptera, Odonata) in the ecosystems of the Latoritsa and Borzhava basins under the influence of anthropogenic transformations. In the process of studying the formation of artropod groups in anthropogenically modified ecosystems, zoological and ecological methods were used. The results of taxonomy studies were supplemented with a database of "Biodiversity of Ukraine" and simulation of environmental phenomena. Taxonomic and ecological (ecological groups according to the hygropreferendum, biotope groups, morpho-ecological types, ecomorphs) diversity of model groups of artropods have been established. This allowed establish new patterns of formation of selected groups of organisms in the conditions of anthropogenic changes. During the reporting period a comparative analysis of existing information on the study of arthropod model groups in Ukraine and in the world was carried out, new species of oribatida were identified for the fauna of Ukraine, a new computer database was created, and 50 units of conservation were transferred to the museum's main fund. A justification has been prepared for the creation of a new object of the nature reserve fund of Ukraine. According to the results of the topic published 16 publications.
