Both, the influence of complex medical treatment on hemodynamic parameters and the state of carbohydrate, lipid and purine metabolism in patients with AHT and MS accompanied by type 2 diabetes mellitus were evaluated. The antihomotoxic therapy effectiveness based on medical treatment of the patients with AHT and MS accompanied by type 2 diabetes mellitus has been studied. Based on the obtained results, guidlines on the examination algorithm of patients with obesity, and the differentiated prescription of medication and non-pharmacological therapy in patients with hypertension and MS in combination with and without DM 2 have been developed. As a result of the conducted research, features of arterial hypertension, arising on the background of Exocrine pancreatic insufficiency (EPI) were determined, the examination algorithm of the EPI patients was proposed and the efficiency of complex treatment in patients with hypertension associated with EPI was proved. Following the research, the efficacy of a number of drugs was determined, and objective treatment criteria were developed in patients with combined pathology.
