High efficiency, safety and tolerability of complex hypouricemic therapy of hyperuricemia/hyperuricosuria in patients with urate nephropathy and comorbidity (type 2 diabetes, arterial hypertension) were proved. Management of hyperuricemia/hyperuricosuria in patients with urate nephropathy and comorbidity leads to normalization of metabolic processes, improvement of glomerular filtration rate and reduction of the rates of albumin excretion. The findings determined the expectancy and expediency while using the complex hypouricemic therapy aiming for the hyperuricemia/hyperuricosuria management in urate nephropathy with comorbidities as diabetes and hypertension, not only in order to improve metabolic processes, but also to improve the kidneys’ functional state, minimize and eliminate the risk factors for the progression of chronic kidney disease, cardiovascular complications.
