It was determined that the disturbances of the objective status and functional state of the nervous and cardiovascular systems tended to have positive dynamics under the influence of the new rehabilitation complex developed (a combination of MLT and SCT). There were positive dynamics of complaints and reduction of blood pressure, which were accompanied by positive changes in the principal parameters of CH (the elimination of vasospasm and increase of blood flow to the brain, evidenced by the decrease in peripheral resistance indexes (RI, PI) and the increase in the linear velocity of blood flow (LVBF) in the arteries studied (ACI, MCA, AV), and the improvement of the outflow from brain by means of the reduction of vascular venous blood flow in the Rosenthal veins, and the reduction of the diameter of the internal jugular veins (IJV). The normalizing effect on FSB was observed, which was accompanied by the decrease in paroxysmal activity during the visual analysis of EEG, normalization of the structures of the electroencephalogram spectrum (EEG) in the form of enhancement (alpha activity and reduction of slow (delta) activity, reduction of the number of diencephalon-stem dysfunction during the comparative analysis of EEG.
