Approaches to the development of social and humanitarian development strategies are proposed: the project approach in the long-term planning system; structural approach with participation of the territorial community; regional approach; person-oriented approach. The priority of approving strategies is grounded: the spiritual and intellectual development of the nation; functioning of the labor market in the state for the short-term perspective; implementation of state policy on families with children; policy of the state on social protection; long-term social strategy; target strategy for supporting demographic development; the state policy to promote the harmonious development of civil society in our country.
