In order to find out the region of its applicability, the speed of sound Сs was calculated. It is shown that the new HRGM obeys the inequality Сs < 1 in an essentially wider range of baryonic charge density than the other models do which are used to describe the hadronic matter properties. Studies of the compressibility coefficient Z within the new HRGM showed that, in contrast to all other versions of HRGM, its wide applicability range allows us to describe the experimental data of hadron yields which are measured in heavy ion collisions in the whole interval of center-of-mass collision energy, i.e. from √s = 2.7 GеV/nucl. (AGS BNL) to √s = 2.76 TеV/nucl. (LHC CERN) with high confidence and with the quality chi^2/dof = 64.8/60 = 1.08 . The parameters of such a model are fixed, and it is confirmed an existence of all irregularities which we previously found at chemical freeze-out curve. At the collision energies √s = 4.9 GеV/nucl. and √s = 9.2 GеV/nucl., which coincide with the ones of strongly correlated plateau in the behavior of various observables at the chemical freeze-out curve, we found new irregularities among which the most interesting ones are two peaks of the dimensionless interaction measure δ = (ε - p)/T^4 and two peaks of the baryon charge densityт.
