The aim of the work is to develop theoretical foundations and improve methodological and practical recommendations for the construction of the model and methods of integrated project management portfolios and programs for the development of organizations. Research methods: systematic approach to the analysis and synthesis of innovative development of organizations and specific methods of portfolio management. Results of the research: the conceptual model of strategy of management of portfolios of projects of modernization of equipment of the power enterprise is developed, taking into account available resources. The strategy of implementing step-by-step (innovative) enterprise development measures on the principles of efficient technology transfer and functions of innovation management is developed in relation to the conditions of Ukraine, which, in contrast to the existing ones, takes into account the possibilities of the company's activity in the market through the implementation of a discrete action conveyor which is oriented towards the market with different target consumer segment. The model for selecting criteria for evaluating innovation projects for an energy company was improved by integrating the DEMATEL method for constructing mutual interaction maps and the ANP method for calculating the weight of the criteria on the basis of interactions cards, which made it possible to construct a map of group interactions of the criteria, evaluate the projects within the framework of the portfolio and make the optimal choice among them. The method of formation of an effective portfolio of innovative projects for upgrading the equipment of the power company with the use of the analytical platform Deductor 5.3 and implementation of procedures for supporting the process of replication of knowledge is developed.
