To achieve this goal, the tasks include: - Theoretical substantiation of the subject based on the study of professional literature and patent search; - drawing up of the scheme, provision of the place of conducting research, carrying out of experiments; - development of methods in the planned directions of research; - carrying out control faces, selection of samples for research; - use of analytical work, analysis and biometric processing of digital material; - description of the results obtained, their economic assessment, the formulation of conclusions and proposals.
