A purpose of work is development of metoda receipt of connections of oxide cathode-ray heating in the system with the plasma emitter of electrons and research of their structure. The method of the cathode-ray heating of mixture of oxides of yttrium and zirconium is realized for the synthesis of difficult oxides. Initial mixture contained ingredients in an amount which answers connection of Y2Zr2O7. Mixture was heated in a tantalovomu container till about the temperature of melting of tantalum (2915 grad. C). The high temperature of process is provided with application of the system with the plasma emitter of electrons. The purpose of a vacuum high temperature influence on powder-like mixture was realization of terms, sufficient for initiator reactions of synthesis of difficult oxides. Did the analysis of the got standards fix after a high temperature roughing-out a phase as flyuoritu (Y,Zr)Ox with the parameter of grate 5,2 A and technological admixtures of oxide of tantalum. After the additional annealing midair at 1200 grad.C during 7 hours was a phase fixed yet with the parameter of grate 5,17 A, and also admixtures of oxide of tantalum. The approved terms of synthesis result in formation of manyelements oxides with a structure only of flyuoritu, in heats not found out pirokhlor phases.
